In the case of a new Home purchase with the campsite ( or with a chartered Partner ), this first annual rent is offered to you gracefully with a contract of 12 years long ( 6 x 2 years ), guarantee by the Campsite … The water and electricity using are registred by an individual counter twice a year, to the 1st of April ( Winter using ) and to the 1st of November ( Summer using ) at the companies prices, then you pay only what you use … Add to that an annual 36,80€ for the tourist tax … That’s all ! … For those who want make sublease, that’s free, but the Campsite discharges about all any management and trouble coming from the tenants … Oterwise, these subleasers have make their registration at the reception and respect all rules of the Site. The owner of the Cottage stays in all cases responsible for he’s activities and subtenants … Visitors have free access to the Campsite, but letting us know at the reception they are on site … So take benefit and show the Campsite to your family and friends …
