We had been looking for a long time for a base in Vendée for our holidays. We love the South Vendée for all its attractions. This area remains quieter than the coastline to the north of the Vendée, which is overcrowded and lined with buildings. What's more, the southern Vendée offers even more scenery within easy reach. So, to continue in the same vein, we were looking for a small family campsite.
We found this campsite. And we've been staying here for 3 years now. Le camping la Grisse lived up to our expectations in every way. With welcoming owners, always ready to advise us on new activities to try in the vicinity of the campsite. With a family atmosphere that reigns throughout the establishment, an atmosphere favoured by convivial evenings around a glass of friendship and shared barbecues afterwards. Of course, there are no disco or karaoke evenings in this small family campsite from Vendée, But that's exactly what we want.
We have to deal with noise all year round, between work and public transport, so we want peace and quiet. This small family campsite at Vendée is perfect for us, because the only sound we hear when we wake up is birdsong!
It's easy to see why we're such fans of this establishment, with its unspoilt natural setting, comfortable accommodation, services and friendly atmosphere, not to mention the many activities on offer in the surrounding area.
